Electropherogram showing an amplification of the body fluid markers in the multiplex assay. mRNA was extracted from a mixture of body fluids prepared in proportions of semen: 0.3ng/μL; saliva: 0.3ng/μL; blood: 1.3ng/μL and vaginal secretion: 1.8ng/μL. cDNA was amplified in multiplex PCR in 17.5μL reaction volume. The CE products were electrophoresed in ABI 3500 using POP-6. (ai) blood and semen markers (aii) vaginal secretion markers (aiii) saliva and reference gene UCE. * 200–500RFU.
