This figure presents various analytical and decision support tools for genomics-assisted breeding components including linkage map construction, population genetic analysis, quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping, molecular breeding, sampling, integrated pipelines, sequencing-based mapping, genetic diversity, and hapmaps. Different ADSTs can be selected based on their suitability for the experiment along with the strength of the tools. The details of individual ADSTs are presented in Table S1 in the supplemental information online.
