Digital Platforms & Operations Digital Research Support Digital Students & Teaching Planning & Analytics Office of CIO Customer Service BP’s BP’s Digital Business Systems BP’s BP’s In order to remain relevant in IT we are going to need to specialize on our customers a bit more and a bit less on IT… We think some variant of this structure make sense in the longer term. We need to know customers business better for Agile, for innovation for planning… The layer below might be in-house people or cloud services. The verticals would include your services, technical dev, PM, BA people – but all specializing on a customer set. Layer 0,1 call center might be a common service – but in our case will be outside the org as a Uni service. Some cost will be higher but delivery cheaper and faster – good for a high delivery phase.
