2 2 ½ cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup sugar 1 1/3 cup milk 2 eggs, slightly beaten Vegetable oil Powdered sugar

3 Mix flour, sugar, milk And eggs until smooth. Heat ¼ inch of oil to 375 degrees in a skillet.

4 Cover the bottom of a funnel with your Finger. 3/ 8 inch funnel works best. Pour ¼ cup of batter into funnel.

5 Hold funnel over skillet. Move finger, move funnel in a slow, circular motion to form a spiral.

6 Fry each funnel cake 1 minute or until Edges are golden brown. Flip And fry on other side.

7 Drain on paper Towel. Sift powdered Sugar on hot cakes. Yields: inch cakes
