1. Spiral Leadership Toolkit
The Spiral Leadership Toolkit is a new Health Education England tool for supporting leadership development for doctors and dentists in training. Designed around 8 domains, trainees and Education Supervisors can use the toolkit to map learning and development over the training pathway. With links to both local and external resources, local project examples and a taking it further section, trainees have the opportunity to develop a range of skills over their programme.
