Add the 945A Materiel Release Confirmation (MRC) to EOD
846P EOD Transaction Count (count of balance affecting transactions sent) will include a count for 945A MRCs
846R Location Reconciliation History Notification will include 945A as part of the transaction history
Add “in process” quantity (materiel currently allocated by MRO but not shipped yet (quantity after the 867I Issue but before the 945A MRC has processed) to 846R Location Reconciliation Request
Document procedures via DLMS Change
DLMS IC/DLMS manual already includes 945A MRC in reconciliation history
Clarify terminology (on-hand balance = available for issue balance)
