Student Engagement (including overseas students).
Data Quality Management Group and role of the Data
Champions.
Official University Processes
Mysits.com including forums and manuals.
SITS on-line manuals.

6. Section 3 - Advanced SITS
Understanding the processes associated with the data in the main screen ACD, STU, SCE, SPR, RDS e.g., enrolment, re-enrolment etc.
Quick analysis, dropping and keeping records, exporting, HUB screen.
Useful Tips and Shortcuts.
Full detailed understanding of the module data.

7. Section 4 – SRLs (Standard Reports and Letters)
Creation and running of Standard Letters and Reports (SRLs) which includes , letters, MAP to do list messages, SMS texting.
Basic HTML.

8. Section 5 - My Aston Portal (MAP)
What is MAP and how it’s connected to SITS.
MAPforStaff and MAPforStudents, including identification of tasks and available information.
Understanding of Tasks (SITS Screens)
Understanding of Vistas (SITS Screens)
MAP Messaging for students and staff.

9. Section 6 - Business Object
Basics of Business Objects.
How Business Objects links to SITS.
Exemption reports.
Knowledge of existing reports.
Running reports and report creation.

10. SELF LEARNING
Additional work to be completed in own time for completion by the next session.
