Pretty simple data collection system that every mailman carries with them. I tested it by not checking my mail for long enough to get notice and then ignored it. Next month, address was unverifiable. Best data validators in the United States? Link to all certified CASS vendors is linked in the slide. The catch is that DPV can not be used to manufacture address lists. In essence you’ll get booted if you try to brute force every address through this tool.
