Objectives for this Session Share significant outcomes from Day One Content Sessions Analyze and share current PD Plans for bringing the standards to teachers (Revisit Guskeys Critical Questions). Identify points to embed into PD plans. Reflect on our role as Change Leaders.

Generate Norms What behaviors, in group settings, support optimal learning for all participants?

Reflection Stand at your tables. Share significant points and ideas from Day 1 Content Sessions.

Exploration Review notes and identify recommended online resources from your content session. Align resources with standards and objectives from Day 1. Use the Resource Alignment Chart to note your findings. Post Charts.

Share Alignment Work and Tools Present findings. How will you communicate and make available these aligned resources for use in your district/Charter? Share examples of pacing guides, curriculum calendars, progress reports and other tools.

Professional Development Timelines Review your PD plan and timeline. Align events/tasks from Stoplight Sort to your timeline. Are adjustments needed? Write in events or tasks that are missing from your timeline.
