The Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) is responsible for developing plans and policies and goals for Region 4 consistent with the IEEE Strategic Plan.
The SPC receives input from the Region 4 officers and Area Chairs.
The SPC prepare goals, initiatives, and programs for the consideration of the Region 4 Committee. 2
