Learning Objective: I can describe the effects of Industrialization/Urbanization in a constructed response. Language Objective: I can listen to the teacher’s instructions and descriptions while drawing on a piece of paper, and finally, I will write a constructed response. The Urban Game

A Warning… This will be a timed activity, so you will have to draw FAST! (You are graded based on effort) We will move forward without you! Before we start…familiarize yourself with all of the drawings.This is your key, you have to use the same size/structures for each drawing. Use a pencil! You must NOT erase anything until I say you can!!

Draw a river across your paper (east to west) Draw a wooden bridge crossing the river Draw 2 roads 1 running north to south, crossing the river at the bridge 1 running from east to west Draw: 10 houses 1 church 1 cemetery 1 store 1 pub 1 coalmine 50 trees
