No one gets a free pass. If you are living you are changing! All organizations must grow or become extinct. Education is becoming about individualization. Demographics of the U.S. is changing.

Baby Boomers are retiring at a rapid rate. Millennial generation is assuming leadership roles. Millennials are insisting on collaboration, quality, and results. Computer speed will continue to increase.

Incremental Doing more or less the same Is reversible Second-Order Change Involves dramatic departures from what is currently done Cannot be reversed Fundamentally changes what is done
