Continue to receive military pay and benefits while participating

4. Requirements At least 180 days active duty served
Separating and have sufficient time remaining
Pass PFA, recommended for promotion/retention
Completed TGPS/ethics brief
Not previously completed or been terminated from employment skills training

What the UA VIP Program offers:
An 18-week accelerated HVACR training program for active-duty Navy personnel.
Completely FREE training right on site at Naval Station Norfolk.
Acceptance into a UA local union, where you will receive further training and job placement upon graduation.
What the Microsoft and Systems Academy offers:
18 week training for high-demand careers
In cloud development, administration, or
database and business intelligence
administration.
Graduates gain an interview for a full-time
at Microsoft or one of their hiring partners.
