10 Recommendations Create a watchlist for information management technologies. Engage in road map discussions with current vendors. Become aware of alternative vendors with updated platforms or licensing models. Identify where cloud or SaaS platforms can play a role in a road map. Focus on standards and interoperability to avoid lock-in and migration woes.
