2. I. Introduction General Queuing Mechanisms
When packets propagate from the high speed network to a lower speed one or burst, traffic congestion may occurs.
Queuing system is known as an essential part of most communication systems in order to alleviate traffic congestions.
Different services have diverse requirements (different packet priorities) in network communications

FIFO : First in first out.
PQ : Priority queuing.
WFQ: Weight fair queuing.
