3 Concept To divide by a real number, you multiply by its reciprocal (keep the first fraction, flip the second fraction). You use this same rule to divide algebraic fractions.

9 Concept To simplify an expression that involves more than one operation, follow the order of operations 1. Simplify grouping symbols 2. Simplify powers 3. Simplify product & quotient left to right 4. Simplify sum & difference left to right
