Scope: INTRA and IMPORT Harmonisation and obligation of e-certification within the MS Participation of the economic operator to be considered 1/3 country to be assisted and integrated, even forced in case of safeguard measures Collaboration with Customs to be studied for the acceptance of electronic exchanges Impact on TRACES and non-repudiation Existing national e-signatures to be considered
