3. 1) User and authorization assignment
By approaching the card to the encoder, the
Software will read the card’s UID (unique
Identification number).
Then it will assign this card (UID) to an user
i.e. Sami Alakhras and will give them access
to a given shop and drawer, for instance:
Shop 1, drawer 3.
-Then there is no need to encode the card.
-No need to have a PC in each shop.

6. 4) OPENING
-Proximity opening: by approaching the RFID card to a reference point, the authorized user can open the drawer. For closing the drawer the user will repeat the same operation.
* If the lock has low battery , the user cannot close the lock.

8. SUMMARY
No need to have a PC on each shop , because cards are managed in the main office and then the data is send to the gateways in the shops.
No need to encode cards , the software reads the UID and assigns to an user.
The furniture lock is open and closed by approaching the card.
Low battery information is sent to the main office from the shops. ( online maintenance)
