Place leaf on drop of water
Cover with the slide cover
WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED, THROW OUT ELODEA, SLIDE AND SLIDE COVER!

2. THROW AWAY THE SLIDE AND THE COVER ONCE YOU ARE FINISHED!
Cheek Slide
Drop water on slide
Scrape inside of cheek with toothpick for 7 seconds
Rub toothpick on drop of water
Raise your hand and wait for Mrs Maguire to dye your cells.
Cover with the slide cover
THROW AWAY THE SLIDE AND THE COVER ONCE YOU ARE FINISHED!

8. Clear nucleus in elodea cell
