1. Elodea Slide Drop water on slide Get an elodea leaf from your teacher
Place leaf on drop of water
Cover with the slide cover
WHEN YOU ARE DONE, THROW AWAY YOUR PREPARED SLIDE.

2. Elodea Cells at 40x

3. Elodea cells at 100X

4. Elodea at 400x

5. Clear nucleus in elodea cell

6. THROW AWAY THE SLIDE AND THE COVER ONCE YOU ARE FINISHED!
Cheek Slide
Drop water on slide
Scrape inside of cheek with toothpick for 7 seconds
Rub toothpick on drop of water
Raise your hand and wait for your teacher to dye your cells
Cover with the slide cover
THROW AWAY THE SLIDE AND THE COVER ONCE YOU ARE FINISHED!
