6/2/20146 New Mexico Department of Health SHARE Integrated Automated Time Collection (Kronos) Lessons Learned A more in-depth, comprehensive assessment of Facilities and SHARE processes might have prevented some issues encountered during implementation. Parallel testing might have assisted with better identification of configuration issues and allow for faster resolution. If there were no budget constraint, training for Kronos users by Kronos might have resulted in better outcomes. Attention provided to each facility resulted in a smoother implementation than other enterprise projects. Get Subject Matter Experts involved earlier in the project.
