2. Purpose To save time and cost on sub-regional model development
To promote collaboration and model consistency in SCAG Region
To enhance modeling support among SCAG and member agencies

4. Defining Subregions Input
A combination of Regional model zones and subregion zones with allocation percentages

5. Data Conversion Tool Zones are disaggregated inside focus area

Options to import local street links and pre-defined centroid connectors into regional network

7. Sub-regional Model Built on TransCAD platform as an add-in
The models are focused model which only focuses on zones and trips that start or end in the focused area.
Model results are frozen outside of the focus area.
