3 Students with Disabilities
Who We Serve Students with Disabilities Individuals in an educational program 14-21 years old Who are eligible for and receiving special education or related services under IDEA Karen

4 What We Do Provide opportunities to students with disabilities ages through small and large group work Workshops- Traing for students in 5 areas of the Pre-ETS Transtion Fairs- Events which allows for students to demonstrate Pre-ETS knowledge Field Trip Experiences- Post secondary options and buisness and commerse visits All cost are coverd for these events if you complete the registration and permission forms. 6 OUR GOAL To reach EVERY student eligible in our region to provide reinforcement to through group instruction of the five Pre-ETS for successful transition services. Karen

7 What we need from you: All freshmen and new students must have a participation form completed before they can participate in the program Marisa

8 This is the new form it must be completed with parent signature and all information. We cannot accept any uncompleted forms this year. Students must have this form on file before they can attend any of the events hosted this school year. Signatures must be on this form. This is the number located in infinite campus

9 These forms need to be submitted to KEDC consultant Lacey Lane via or via fax as soon as possible in the school year. Scan and Fax: (606) If you do fax your information please to let her know you have submitted via fax.

10 This year we will be offering EVERY school district the opportunity for one local field trip of their choice. This needs to be a day filled with visits to work settings that are available to your students post graduation. You teachers will be responsible for developing the field trip plans and making the initial contact with the business to establish the tours. Once they have established contact with businesses they will need to contact and complete the request form and we will arrange all the details and costs that are required. All students eligible for the OVR agreement should attend this field trip who have parent permission Before the date of the field trip OVR consultant must have availability to come to classroom and provide a pre-field trip workshop
