Grocer’s Supply is committed to providing the best service experience possible and to help improve our overall Customer Service experience we will be updating our telephone systems effective Why are we making this change? We are heavily investing in our Customer Service team in Houston, TX. This includes adding technology that will allow us to improve your experience when you call customer service. A new phone system will provide the following benefits: The ability to choose an English or Spanish experience when you call Grocer’s Supply Customer Service. The option to enter your account number so Customer Service will be ready to help you more quickly. Remove most situations where you need to leave a voice mail for a call back by routing your call directly to the first available Customer Service team member. Enable other Customer Service teams in the C&S family to help in the event of severe weather, emergencies, or other business continuity events. Measure key customer satisfaction metrics such as call volumes and wait times that will help us make sure we’re there when you need us.

We also want to make sure this update is as seamless as possible for our customers. So most things about your customer service experience will remain the same. What is staying the same? You will continue to be helped by the same great team located in Houston, TX. There are no changes to the Customer Service team or leadership. The way that you contact Customer Service will not change. You will still use the same 800 number, fax number and addresses. All existing processes and procedures will remain the same.

There will be a few new things experience is what you’ll be hearing when you dial the current customer service number, What IS Changing? You will now hear a greeting when you call Grocer’s Supply Customer Service. You will be asked if you prefer English or Spanish. You will have the option of entering your account number so that we can help you more quickly. If there is a wait for an agent, you will hear how long that wait will be. If you are not able to wait, you will be able to request a call back by the first available customer service team member at a number you specify.
