Fig 1 Fluoroscopy image shows a lateral view of correct electrode placement for L5 dorsal ramus RFN. The electrode tip is identified by the arrow and the L5-S1 neuroforamen is outlined. Anterior misplacement of the electrode will place it in close proximity to the L5 nerve root as it exits the foramen.
