Regional Agenda Ang BUPCC ay sinusuportahan ang pagpapatupad ng LCMP
Bigyan ng sapat na pondo sa Pamahalaang Lokal ang Socialized Housing Projects Maayos na pagpatupad ng mga batayang serbisyo para sa mga Urban Poor “Walang Demolition kung walang relokasyon” Patuloy na pagkontra sa tatlong Anti-Urban Poor House Bills [HB 4245, HB 3532, HB 45] Pagpapatupad ng Minimum Standards sa mga relocation sites. Relokasyon ng mga pag-aari ng PNR sa ibang lugar sa labas ng Legazpi at Daraga [Ang PNR dapat ang irelokeyt hindi ang mga nakatira dito. Mas makakatipid dito ang PNR kaysa sa relokasyon ng mga tao. Hindi na madidisplace ang tao, pogi pa sila sa mata ng mga ito.]

GOVERNANCE: Continues dialogue with the LGU and other concerned line agencies Accreditation and membership to the Local Special Bodies [Local Development Council, MDCC, POC, Health Board, Local Housing Board, etc.] Capability building activities on Local Governance [PPLG, paralegal on Participatory Governance II. Security of Land Tenure CMP projects Identification of sites suitable for socialized housing projects [Pili] Budget allocation for Urban Poor MOA with LGU, SALIGAN and HABITAT III. Gender and Development Conduct of Capability Building Activities on Gender [GST, VAWC] Formation of Bantay Familia Monitoring of GAD Budget Assist in rescue and referrals of survivors

Updates: Ang lungsod ng Naga at Legazpi ay nagpadala ng sulat sa SHFC na nagsasabing sumusuporta at sasama ito sa programa ng LCMP Tatlong alkalde ng lungsod [Naga, Iriga, Legazpi] sa Bikol ay kasamang nakipag-usap kay VP Noli De Castro ng mga pangunahing opisyales ng HUDCC at SFHC para sa madaliang implementasyon ng LCMP, para makatulong sa rehabilitasyon ng Bikol Nagbigay ang CMP Congress ng Oryentasyon at seminar sa mga miyembro ng Housing Board at UPAO ng Naga, Sorsogon, at Legazpi hinggil sa mga proposal nito sa SHFC tungkol sa LCMP Ang BUPCC ay sumulat ng isang pasasalamat sa mga Obispo sa Bikol tungkol sa “CBCP Statement on the Nation’s Housing Problem” at nagpahayag ng suporta hinggil sa “immediate creation of governemnt-church-civil society commission that will provide guideline for the further development of our cities so that the urban poor will have a decent place to live in and development will combine with sound environmental concern”.
