SMARTrack™ Pre-Op Equipment Checklist
The Equipment Checklist is linked to the equipment assigned to a specific Team Leader and provides documentation of Pre-Op check completion. Checklist appears when the Team Leader is first signed into the system System reminders ensure that all items are verified and will continue to notify the Team Leader to complete the checklist. Service completion is linked to specific requirements. Team Leader verifies completion of service in accordance with Delta Standards If a security search is required, the Team Leader also acknowledges completion of the Security Search. SMARTrack™ Problem Notification
The Problem Button is linked to a QA process flow that ensures problem resolution before enabling a team to proceed to the next aircraft. Team Leader notifies Dispatch of any problem affecting the ability to service the Aircraft The Team is locked into the assignment and cannot be released to do other work until authorized by the Dispatcher 2008 © DALGlobal Services, LLC. SMARTrack™ Problem Notification
Canned messages are provided for common issues in a pull down menu along with the ability to send custom messages Team Leader may either highlight a canned message or type a free form message to report a more unique issue.
