PRIMARY CONSIDERATIONS
Tourism Related Project
The Project is in accord with the National Tourism Master Plan (Tourist Zones)
Government Owned Property
Legal considerations require that government infrastructure projects should be undertaken only on government property. Where the site is privately-owned, prior cession of ownership or use thereof in favor of Government should be executed. Otherwise only technical assistance can be extended.
SECONDARY CONSIDERATIONS
1. Ecological Consideration (15%)
Compliance with Environmental Laws
Consider Environment-friendly waste management technologies
Incentive scheme for adherence to Environmental Best Practices
