Nickel and Cobalt Nickel and cobalt were mined at the ocean floors by ocean miners. These miners had to go down 4,000-6,000m in the ocean. Nickel is used for well… nickels and Cobalt is used for fuel. Nickel has a silvery-white luster and a metallic gray color. Then Cobalt has a reddish-silver white color, metallic luster, and a grayish black streak.

Copper and Lead Copper and Lead are very useful. They are used for our pencils and pennies. They are found 1,400-3,700m in depth. Copper has a pale rose color, a metallic luster, and a copper red streak. Lead has a dull grayish color, a chrome silver luster, and a dark gray streak.

Zinc and Platinum Zinc can be yellow-orange to deep red for its color and a yellowish orange streak. It can also be found 1,400-3,700m in depth while platinum is found 800-2,400m deep . Platinum is silver color and has a metallic luster. Zinc can be used for medicine purposes. Platinum is used for electronics, pens, and jewelry.

Vanadium and Manganese
Vanadium has a silvery grey color and is found ,400m underwater. While Manganese silvery color with a glossy luster and found 4,000-6,000m underwater. Vanadium is used for tools and Manganese is used for mostly medicine.

Gold and Silver Gold is glossy yellow and a metallic luster. Then Silver is light gray and a shiny luster. The tw0 were found 1, m underwater .Gold and Silver can be used for jewelry, money, and trade.
