Directions: You have just gotten a job as a writer for National Geographic.  Your editor wants you to write a piece on Native Americans. Most Native American tribes have passed down their histories through the tradition of oral storytelling.  You need to write an “interview” of a Native American, recording the time period between the Civil War and What happened? What changed?
What is needed for full credit:
At least seven (7)  facts in the story
Cite each fact
source & title
Use red or blue for the fact
Written in the format of a story (think about grandma ramblin’ on about the good ol’ days)

Spelling, punctuation, grammar, and all that other ELA stuff
Grade will be assigned at the start of the next quarter.
