Are there any worker safety issues? – Answering ‘yes’ will generate the CCRA Who requires advice? – Prompt about which other people need to be informed of the assessment process

Use this time with your manager to make sense of information, drawing together all the known information. Look for gaps and inconsistencies in the information while linking the information with professional experience, knowledge and theory. This is what should be documented in your AC

Always submit for approval from the Field Assessment record Cant launch the Risk Assessment until the PAC, AC, Safety assessment are approved If rejected - work through the assessment flow again All elements need to be completed and approved to ‘complete’ the Field Assessment record
