Communication: Coaches and Parents
Should concerns arise, parents should first communicate with their son/daughter’s coach first. Please wait 24 hours after initial concern to discuss with coach. Set up an appointment to meet with coach at an appropriate time. Please do not confront a coach before or after a contest/practice. These can be emotional times for all involved. If the meeting with the coach does not provide a satisfactory answer, the athletic director should then be notified. Communication prevents problems.
