2. A poem called Shannon My name is Shannon sweet & shy
I come from a mother born in New Zealand
I was born in Utah, lived here for most my life
I love Utah and all it’s sites
My junior high years were so much like others,
I was awkward in my skin and bullied by others
Later in my teen years I moved to another state,
It was inviting and nice.
My heart longed for college life, and I moved to Price, to
Start a new life. I loved school and all my new friends, but all great
Things come to and end.
I worked at a store stayed there for a while,
While at the store I met the man.
I loved him so much I became his wife.
A year later gave birth to new life
Today I scrapbook, do art and smile
I am sarcastic and loving and nice

4. Utah and New Zealand are a Part of my life
My family had accents, but I had none.
I have adapted to both cultures.
As a child it was fun to tell people where my family came from.

5. Childhood & Teen Years
My Awkward teen years I got bullied a lot. It was not fun. I guess I was used to it as a child.
Luckily for me I had a few close friends. They accepted me pimples and all.
Then I moved to California.

6. College of Eastern Utah
I had fun in college I learn
A lot of new things
It was fun I made new
Friends.
