When used, be sure to keep color contrast high

Avoid displaying URLs unless they are intuitive or simple.
Never use “click here”
Do not underline text that is not a link as means of emphasis.
Use italics for book titles.

8. Alternative Text with Images
Alternative and equivalent.
Descriptive, but succinct.
Not duplicated with onscreen text.
Does not use “image of”.
Does not contain .png or .jpg
