What is wrong with the world? Once we understand the full extent of our sin, then we begin to understand the strength of Christ’s grace in our lives.

Yet I was shown mercy because I acted ignorantly in unbelief; [14] and the grace of our Lord was more than abundant, with the faith and love which are found in Christ Jesus.

12. Jesus desires to strengthen me and make me faithful to serve his church. Even though my sin remains great, his grace, love, and mercy are far greater. I must believe this truth: that Christ came to save sinners like me so that other sinners might know the mercy and grace of God for themselves. If I can receive forgiveness and the gift of eternal life, anyone can. Therefore, I will worship and declare the glory of Christ, my eternal King and immortal God who deserves all my honor and praise.
