The reality of sexual abuse is not from offender perspective but on what the victim has experienced pre, during and post the abuse
Research based on conviction and reoffending rates
The caution of no sex offender will get convicted for everything he did to the victim/s so is he a risk cannot be solely on his convicted offences but on an indepth understanding or what he did, who he poses a risk to and how are those needs met now
