Administration of IV Drugs through a CENTRAL Venous Access Device.
Who Should Apply? Open to all Registered staff that are already competent in the administration of peripheral IV drugs, and work in an area where there is clinical need to administer IV drugs via a central device. WHERE & WHEN Course Content: Anatomy and physiology Short term CVCs Long term CVCs TPN 2017 10th February 21stApril 12th May 4th July 22nd September 17th October 21st November All the days will held at WGH in the Medical Education Centre 09:00 – 16:00 Registration from 08:45 To book a candidate for the course, an must be sent by the manager of the candidate to Stating candidates name and clinical area and the date they are able to attend A pre-course E-Module and Test (on WHHT intranet) must be completed and printed for course attendance. Candidates will not be permitted into the study day without a completed test
