Contacts can be entered in CRM and the ERP Despatch note can be amended to look at CRM and pick up the appropriate contact. Should contacts exist in ERP, logic can be built into the report to take the contact, otherwise it can be pulled from CRM,

Requests for information pass through these integration contracts. This could be create, read, update or delete. Within ERP this request can use either web services, Real Time Data Views or a APIS. A synchronisation Engine advises CRM that something has changed and needs updating and visa versa. The Synchronisation engine has a full audit trail of all data exchange.
