Unconscious Bias training Recruit differently Manage performance accordingly Decide to hire diversely – Be a Steve Taylor Engage in forums – online and in real life Talk about it at home Be real, be vulnerable – make it ok Don’t give up!! It might be difficult, but it’s possible…
