1. GEG - How to Create and Flag Structure for Certification

2. Log into CDX. Click on your role (Signatory or Preparer)

3. Start at “My Operator”, click on your Operator’s name

4. Click on “Structure”

5. Click “Add Structure”

6. Fill out all fields with asterisk

7. At the bottom of the form, choose “Save and Flag Structure for Certification”. Then choose “Select Certifiers…” or “Notify All Certifiers” and click “Next”

8. If you chose “Select Certifiers”, make your selection and click “Continue”

9. If you chose “Notify all Certifiers”, click Continue or Print to retain a copy for record

10. Verify that your New Structure is now in “Draft NOI with Flag” Status
