1. How to Post in the Open Forum

Hello everyone, this is Ginny from the Microsoft Dynamics GP User Group Engagement Team. Welcome to another session of Quick Tips. Today I will show you how to post in the Open Forum on the gpug.com site.

First, go to and login in with your credentials. You can do this by clicking the blue Login button at the top right corner of the page.

3. There are several ways to access the Open Forum
There are several ways to access the Open Forum. One way is to click on the Open Forum link located in the Quick Links area at the bottom of the page.

4. Another way to access the Open Forum, is to select it from the left hand navigation bar. Go to Learn and Engage, and click Open Forum.

5. To start a discussion or ask a new question, click on the green button titled “post new message”.

6. To reply to a discussion, open the message, then click on the “Reply to Discussion” blue button. If you enjoy someone’s post, you can select the “Like” button located at the top right hand corner of the page.

7. In posting your reply, type in the text box provided
In posting your reply, type in the text box provided. You can also add hyperlinks to your response by clicking on the “Insert/edit link” icon.

8. When you are done, you have the option to include an attachment by clicking on the “Attach” icon. When you are ready to post, just click the blue “Send” button and your reply will be immediately posted.
