The main problem arose when Nathaniel Bacon attacked the wrong tribe
Bacon made continuous trouble.

Bacon and Berkeley were constantly at odds over the treatment of Native Americans
Bacon was able to get a band of rebels together and surrounded the state house forcing Berkeley to give up his position
Jamestown was burned to the ground and Bacon died of disease
