To fully take advantage of visual analytics, organisations need to analyse detailed data very quickly and display the information in a meaningful way; only than can you expect organisations to respond to issues more rapidly.
Once the issue has been identified you also need to be able to dig for more insight into the problem – look at data differently and in more detail.
