Series of 4 interactive talks held in May/June for all Temple University Hospital PGY1 residents and all first year fellows Mandatory talks include “Clinical Teaching” and “Evaluation and Feedback in the Clinical Setting” Optional Talks include “Leading and Managing a Clinical Team” and “Giving a Talk” Talks available on the TUH GME website, as well as other educational links Bottom line: Think out loud and find teachable moments in all you do

Think before you post- you not only represent yourself, but your employer and those with whom you associate Set a google alert or google yourself regularly Double check your privacy settings, especially if you move into a different geographic region Remember that once posted on the internet, it’s never really “taken down” and never goes away

Never write something in any electronic format you wouldn’t put in the medico legal document- eg the chart Employers/institutions now routinely screen applicants and have restrictive digital media policies Refer to the Temple University Hospital Digital Media policies for questions
