Recommends that Council authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Foothill Unity Center
Will provide $76,750 for Rapid Rehousing
Option to renew for one additional year, total of $153,500 over 2 years

3. Rapid Rehousing Program Overview
Provides Rapid Rehousing for homeless households
Short-term rental assistance & case management
Security deposits, utility assistance
Assistance to augment income
Eligible households are assessed using comprehensive tool
Prioritizes the most vulnerable
Up to ten households will be served
Will serve both individuals & families
