Go to tracdat.elac.edu Username: guest Password: guest

From the top drop-down menu, select the unit you wish to look at.

To access outcomes and assessment methods, click on “Step One”

Under “Step Two,” select the course you wish to view outcomes for.
“Active” outcomes are those currently part of the assessment cycle. “Inactive” outcomes are no longer part of the assessment cycle, but the outcomes, assessments and results are retained for history.

Click on “Step Three” to see the assessment method.
Select the course from the drop-down menu Select the CLO from the “Step Two: CLO Name” drop-down menu The outcome will appear in gray, the assessment method will appear below in black. 1 2 3

To access results, go to Reports.

For Disc/Subject, select “Course. ” It will light up in yellow
For Disc/Subject, select “Course.” It will light up in yellow. For PoS, select “Program.” For Student Services and Administrative Units, select “Assessment Unit.”

Find the “Four Column” report
Select “Run”

Select the elements you wish to see in the 4-column report
Select the elements you wish to see in the 4-column report. You can select a single course or multiple courses. Then, select “Open Report”
