Noncontrast (A), arterial phase (B) and nephrographic phase (C) CT images show complex right renal mass. Note cystic degeneration centrally (arrow) with thick, irregular, nodular peripheral rim of homogeneous post-contrast enhancement (arrowhead). Image was reported as right renal tumor which was treated with partial nephrectomy and pathological examination revealed renal schwannoma.
