ADVENT is a 3-year Erasmus+ project with partners from Iceland and Scotland. The main objective of the project is to develop new and innovative initiatives in adventure tourism education that target both of the key target groups: adult practitioners working in adventure tourism SMEs and young tourism students.

Apply human resource management theoretical knowledge and competencies through a real life project and collaborations with SMEs from project regions
Apply theories to practice
Produce practical people management tools and frameworks for SMEs
Migrate best practices across regions where SMEs face similar human resource management issues

Rural Agree
This project aims to get professional qualifications to promote entrepreneurship in women and men who have bet or interested in committing to innovation on rural areas to develop their career in agri-food industry.
The partnership consists of Belgium (Syntra West), Italy (Lamoro Development Agency), Finland (KAJAANIN AMMATTIKORKEAKOULU), Hungary (University of Debrecen DE), Greece (European Institute for Local Development), Romania (Creator European Consultants), Spain (SARGA).
