Definition of resources to be displayed and labelling is made by the Library

11. Refine search
Once the results are listed, the users can refine their search. SearchSolver formats all results into a homogeneous format, which makes it possible to further refine the search. For example, users can rank citations by date or author or relevance Preferences can be set for the search or for the entire session.
Actions available:
Results can be sorted by relevance, Author, title, Date – normally, they will display by retrieved order
Results can be limited to languages, types of materials (ie articles, books, essays, serials etc)
Additionally, users can set number of results to be displayed per source and page – this clearly has an impact on how fast the search will be completed
AT any time, users can review of duplicates and de duplicate the search set
