Independent Learning Summarise the three categories of criminal offences. Describe the jurisdiction of the Magistrates’ Court Summarise the three kinds of Crown Courts Using the A3 paper, draw out a detailed (labelled) diagram of the Appeal system from the Magistrates’ Court on one side and Crown Court on the other. You must include the grounds of appeal, procedure & any relevant authority TIF – Plan out the potential content for the Exam question on p.102
